CDS Strategy Consulting, Inc., a California corporation solely owned by Rodney Jew, an individual (“Mr. Jew”) (the corporation and Mr. Jew are collectively referred to as “CDS”) respects the privacy rights of our online visitors and is committed to protecting your personal information. To further this commitment, we have adopted this Online Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to govern how we receive, store and use the information you provide us.

Assignment

We reserve the right to transfer any and all information that we receive or collect from our visitors to a third party in the event that we sell or transfer substantially all of our business or assets related to the CDS Website(s) to such third party.
